Placing Your Order
We can take orders over the Internet via our secure server, by mail (326 Market Street, Lewisburg, PA 17837) by fax (570.524.6344), or by phone (570.524.9444), the showroom is open M-S 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. If we happen to be busy in the store, please be patient. We will get back to you promptly. If you have fax transmission problems and need to refax an order, please mark on it "duplicate."

Special Orders
If you don’t find the item you are looking for on dwellingsathome, our Dwellings staff can help you with our special order service. It’s like hiring an Interior Designer and personal shopper all in one. Just give us a call during showroom hours, M-S 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, and we will do our best to find that perfect something for you! Please note, all special orders require payment in full at the time of order. Special orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Sorry, special orders are not returnable or refundable.

Payment
For dwellingsonline orders, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover or “Dwellings Dollars” Gift Certificates (the Gift certificate # must be included … the order form will guide you). Money orders and personal check are okay, but you must allow an additional 5 business days to process once received at our office. All Pennsylvania residences will have 6% sales tax added to orders.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 7–10 business days after your order is received. If the requested item is not in stock and we do not expect to fulfill the order within 10 business days, we will notify you promptly. You may at that time decide to maintain your order on file, in which case we will notify you when we receive the item, or you may cancel the order. Items ordered together may not be shipped together.

dwellingsathome ships all packages via UPS. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for standard ground delivery. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box; therefore all packages must be shipped to a street address within the continental United States and Canada.

Some over-sized or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. These charges will be shown on the product pages and reflected in the shopping cart.

We use UPS shipping within the continental United States. Shipping prices are calculated automatically during checkout and reflect real-time UPS shipping costs.

3 Day Select via UPS within the continental USA:

Flat fee of $15.00 per address in addition to regular rates.

Shipping to Canada (UPS Standard):

Flat fee of $10.00 per address in addition to regular rates.

Damages
dwellingsonline stands behind every product we sell. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, some merchandise may arrive to you damaged. If this occurs please contact us at (570) 524-9444 within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will issue a UPS call tag for the item and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it to Dwellings via mail or UPS. Simply fill out the Merchandise Return Form that arrives with your shipment and send it along with the item to the address listed on the form. Returns of items purchased online must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. All merchandise must be returned in its original package and in saleable condition. After inspection of the returned item a refund or credit will be issued to you.

Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable. Bed linens removed from their packaging are not returnable. Any item received through our Special Order Service is not returnable.

The Small Print
Much of our merchandise is purchased in limited quantities to keep our product unique. If the requested item is not in stock and we do not expect to fulfill the order within 10 business days, we will notify you promptly of the status of the product.
